@One of my jobs is to manage service engineers' schedules and inspections. In this management, "accuracy" is the most important thing. My customers are medical facilities, but it is patients who come to use their services. If I make a mistake, this affects those patients, so I absolutely must not make a mistake. That is why, no matter how small an order is, I write everything into my notebook and check things any number of times. Another major job of mine is telephone support. When I take a phone call from a customer, we are often racing against time. The contents and circumstances for inquiries are different at each medical facility, so I am always thinking about accurately hearing what the customer says and being able to respond quickly with the absolutely best method.
@My goal is to build up my skills so that customers think "no matter when we call Nemoto Kyorindo, we can do so with confidence". For that purpose, I immediately ask more senior colleagues and the responsible department about any problems or questions I have and have them explain it to me until I am satisfied. Within our company, there is an awareness that all of us should share information, so if there is something I am having trouble with, everyone works on it with me and if someone sees a better way to do something, we talk about it, even more senior colleagues and other departments. We have a strong awareness of aiming higher together. Through this work, I have learned to "respond flexibly and think about adapting to circumstances." Another attractive feature of this company is that many women work after marriage and after having children, so women can work for a long time here.
