@I have been at Nemoto Kyorindo for about 40 years. The president consulted with me because he wanted to make contrast agent injectors. At that time, this was something that did not exist yet, so of course, there were no drawings, just an "image". Medical equipment handles human beings, so making machines that do not break down is the biggest concern. Medical equipment can not be made unless this is obvious. I see things with my own eyes, study various things, think hard about what to do and make the product. This is still the same even now. I ask doctors at the hospital "Is there anything about the current product that makes it hard to use? Anything about it that gives you a hard time?" so that I can hear it directly from them. Because I am with Nemoto Kyorindo, they tell me what they think. I am grateful for this. The actual medical treatment site always has some clue for making better products. This year too, I have one thing to study after another. To make a better product is the role of our engineers.
@What is needed going forward is lighter, simpler products. First, if I do not have any ideas, I absolutely can not make anything. I apply practice and effort over and over, thinking about things and having this experience. It is through the accumulation of this experience that I developed the judgment needed for "making machines that do not break down". I want our younger employees to have ears that listen and to talk about everything with each other. There are still many products that I want to make. Because life would be boring without dreams, wouldn't it.
