@My work is to design the mechanical parts of contrast agent injectors (auto injectors). I think everyone involved in design has the same idea, but I do not want to be the same as everyone. How much I can express myself is the appeal of this work. This company provides an environment in which I can try out things I have found and new technology, so my work is quite satisfying. What I am aiming for is "products that are good for everyone". I am always thinking about how to make the shape the designer has thought up practical so that those actually using the product at the actual medical treatment site are satisfied because it is "safe and easy to operate and feels right to the touch". In order to search for new technology, I go to exhibitions, search out people in the industry who have information and listen to what they say, and spare no effort for improving technology.
@I worked on machine design in my previous job too, but I did not have so much interest in design then. Nemoto Kyorindo products are cool, aren't they. They are not just machines, but "machines designed with functionality". I think the company's stance shows up here. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to know everything, from the parts being completed, to maintainability. For this purpose, I cultivate with my links with all the departments in the company. Everyone has the same feelings, so the footwork is light and communication is easy. Of course, there are difficulties with this, but that makes it interesting. My dream is to make a product using a different concept from injectors until now. This may take time, but I want to challenge new things.
